The Silva Ex3 Plus is a fantastic compact and super lightweight pedometer than can be positioned anywhere on your body and still measure steps and distance accurately. It is able to function around your neck, on a key-ring or even in your pocket! A secure clip allows this to be attached to a belt or pocket, and a safety lanyard is also included to prevent any accidental loss! It has several top of the range features: it is able not only to display steps and distance (miles or km), but also estimate calories burnt and has an 'exercise barometer' that says how many steps you have done in relation to the 10,000 that should be done every day! All of this is saved on a 7 day memory which allows you to keep track of your weeks training. The pedometer can also function as a watch with clock and timer facilities.

An excellent, top of the range pedometer ideal for the regular athlete or those looking to get more detailed in-depth information about their training.
