The Nike+ Sport Band makes every run count by tracking pace, distance, time and calories burned. The SportBand is a Nike+ tracking device which collects and displays all the information gathered by the Nike+ Sensor (included). It doubles as a watch, and is water resistant so you can wear it without worry in the rain. The main 'face' of the band is removable and acts as your link to Nike+ by having a USB connection and can transfer all your running data.

The Nike+ Sensor measures your running time, distance, pace, calories burnt and much more. This information can then be uploaded online, where you can monitor progress, map your runs and connect with friends!

To use it you must have a Nike+ compatible pair of Nike shoes, or purchase a lace holder. The sensor wirelessly communicates with your Nike+ Sports Band tracking device (also possible to certain Apple devices). The information measured by the Sensor is transmitted to your device for real-time feedback while you train. 

This kit includes a wireless Nike+ sensor to measure your running, and a wireless Nike Sports Band reciever which displays all the information gathered in a smart and stylish band.

The battery life of the Sensor varies considerably on use and other factors, but on average review seems to last around a year with 3 x weekly use. The sensor's battery is not replaceable. The Sports Band's battery is rechargable via USB connection.
