Made of super durable closed cell foam that feels soft and warm to the touch, this mat is perfect for Pilates, stretching and yoga. A high-tech design means this 1.7cm thick mat delivers all the shock absorption and comfort of much thicker mats! This mat is 185cm in length which is very generous and means you will be able to perform full body extensions on this with ease. Comes with a Velcro carry strap which provides easy portability.

Note: This mat really is very bouncy and comfortable, but because of this some of the more difficult yoga balances may be more difficult to perform on this.
